This was more to do with the songs being sung and the style of the bands, but feedback will help the entertainment, and possibly the only other fault lay in trying to book resteraunts as the app did not seem to work but this was not a problem because guest relatons were so good and it did not stop us going to any resteraunts we chose to visit. I should mention a few flaws to give an honest review, they are the entertainment could be better because it got a little repetitive. Finally, a young gentleman provided us with interesting conversation and insight into Turkish culture and attitude, he is Alp from the Meltam bar again Hemera's very own rapper and his name translates to warrior lion, he represents everything positive about this hotel. Two young waiters were great, my apologies to Halil for not saying goodbye personally, he is a smooth operator, classy, and his efforts especially in Sofia, a la carte restaurant, elevated the dining experience. Elsam is a big personality at the Meltam pool bar, she always speaks and is so funny to be around. We got into our little routine and became familiar with the staff around us, special mention goes to the following for going that extra mile and making our experience amazing, Ozge and Duygu in the lobby bar great fun and not an empty glass in sight, and Sena the boss lady in the beach bar, organized. Victoria in guest relations was a dream, so helpful to ease any little niggles you had and always smiling, putting you at ease. The reception was focused, efficient, and the staff uniforms were elegant in appearance, all of them in burgandy suits.

They were professional in every sense to meet our holiday needs, you felt at ease, safe, and there was a real positive vibe around the hotel no matter what time of day or where you were. The biggest impression left on me was by the staff team, our interactions were always a pleasure and memorable, the Turkish sense of humor is wicked, their attitude gave us the feeling that we were valued and appreciated and that will always stick with me about the Hemera.
The facilities are second to none, with immaculate grounds and swimming pools, all bars serving branded drinks, the food is exquisite with both international and Turkish cuisine, and the beachfront is large with lots of sunbeds that are comfortable. We are in our early fifties but the Hemera caters to all ages, enough English-speaking people there as not to get bored, and a great diversity of other cultures. My partner and I have just returned home Sunday morning, we stayed in room 2403 for a fortnight, and if you're considering this hotel go ahead and book because you will not be disappointed even if you have children, it's a wonderful place to holiday.
